It is a simple and free way to have people see you sites or blogs. The are a good way to spend time looking at other sites or blogs. It's definitely suited for me because I can't afford expensive website promotion. StartExchange has been around a long time and has many members, including myself. it is the only one I've ever seen that will create custom banners for you.
